Receptionist - Full-Time, On-Site

We are seeking a professional, organized, and personable Corporate Receptionist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for visitors and callers and plays a key part in ensuring our office runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and provide exceptional support to both our executive team and staff.

Corporate Receptionist Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the welcoming face of the office by greeting clients, visitors, and staff with a positive attitude.
  • Answer and manage multiple phone lines, directing calls promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate daily executive lunches and weekly team lunches.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure kitchen, copy room, and conference rooms are stocked and organized.
  • Visit our nearby office once a week (walking distance).
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing FedEx, UPS, and messenger packages.
  • Assist with document management, including scanning, uploading, copying, and printing.
  • Set up Zoom calls and support meeting logistics to ensure smooth execution.
  • Keep reception, conference rooms, kitchen, and copy room clean and orderly.
  • Provide administrative support to staff and agents as needed.
  • Manage parking validations and assist with visitor logistics.
  • Perform additional office duties as assigned.

Corporate Receptionist Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of reception or front-desk experience.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate office needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Zoom.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.

Corporate Receptionist Work Environment

This is an on-site position requiring full-time availability during regular business hours. As the first point of contact, the Receptionist plays a critical role in maintaining a professional and efficient office environment.
